So here is My First Outdoor Activation executed.
Here are the things that i pitched in before the launch.

• Models:
  I got through with the model agencwhich I actually handed over mobile phone number to Bhuwanji (GM) and he got thru to professionals, committed, excellent working and all at the best rate.
• Celebrity Cameo
  Initially, the plan was we will have a celebrity guest appearance, where the star would take photographs with the guests, give autographs, a lucky draw session and gift hampers. The star would post live feed/vlog the trip to Bota Momo. Importantly a paid entertainment to the guest and an influence marketing.  The stars in the list was Priyanka Karki. (75000 and no dates due to her shooting schedule) which actually was I was not able get through due to various third person I was relying on. Then we get thru for Nischal Basnet and Swastima Basnet. It was a good deal but due to caos and confusion. The GM forgot to call them for an official conformation. So puff it went.
• Flash Mob
  The plan was to give a booming 50 people surprise dance performance in Basantapur Durbar Square. The concept was set. The management loved it. But then  all the amature kids were dealing with me. Where in these kids ofcourse are unprofessional. Value money over work and sadly donation and volunteers for attention and popularity. (Prefer working with INGOS), Instead of complaining, cancelled them.
• The Bota Man
  And finally got approval to make a mascot. I got two person team Sanjan Thapa, recomended by Rabindra dai (A Nepali Movie Director) the team that make theater/movie props and character elements. The job was done in 48 hours. Perfectly executed. Not to forget the boy, Ramesh, the dancer donning the mascot attire. (Bota Staff)
